Panda is a retired Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in trauma, currently residing in Thailand for part of the year. She has also served as CEO for three companies, including CHI Recovery, which offered an innovative dual diagnostic program for substance abuse treatment. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is a devoted mother of three wonderful adult daughters and an enthusiastic world traveler.

Nancy is a specialist in youth trauma and behavioral issues, holding certifications in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) and substance use disorders, among other youth-affirming services. Her expertise and dedication to helping young people are foundational to her role.

Pam (Parveen) Hayer, Treasurer (Canada)
Pam is a fourth-year Accounting student proficient in both Canadian and U.S. accounting practices. She demonstrates exceptional skills in accounts receivable and office administration, focusing particularly on Business-to-Business transactions in Western Canada and the U.S. Having grown up in a challenging environment, Pam understands the complexities of childhood instability. Of East Indian descent, she has a passion for all things spicy!

Dr. Locke Wilson, Retired M.D. (U.S.)
Doc Locke enjoyed a distinguished career as a Family Practitioner and served as the Medical Director at CHI Recovery. Now retired, he spends part of the year on an organic farm in British Columbia with his expansive family, and part in Healdsburg, California.

Preecha Chailert, Businessman, Thai Liaison (Thailand)
Preecha owns a few companies in Thailand and is a consultant to prestigious firms in Thailand and beyond. His unique products as an Integrative Devise manufacturer are in the field of agriculture, motorization, and money collections, to name a few. He is a father to a very talented singer daughter, and is a great lover of people. His current obsession is with design of an electric motorcycle.

Dirk Burgon, Food and Nutritional Supplement Industry Salesman (U.S.)
Dirk worked at Philip Morris, where he contributed to national and regional initiatives - some of which remain in use today. Following a values-based decision to pivot away from the tobacco industry, he joined Nabisco Brands, earning multiple promotions and top performance awards over two years. In a subsequent leadership role at Sports LTD he managed a large multi-sport retail operation, similar to REI. Today, he helps us with food procurement and stabilization on our Protein Project.

Jeanne Wirka, Botonaist, Field Ecologist, Land Management (U.S)
Jeanne is a dynamic leader and collaborator with deep roots in the non-profit conservation and environmental education sectors. She is adept at both land management and programmatic functions, with extensive experience in project management. Jeanne would rather be sniffing flowers and camping by creeks, teaching other about nature, then binging on Game of Thrones.

Grace Nyblade, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (U.S.)
Grace endeavors in a private practice, and is adept at Cognitive Behavioral therapy and dialectal Behavioral Therapy--both pragmatic skills when dealing with traumatized and abused children. She is also a powerhouse of energy and creativity, the first to throw in an any service oriented program serving others in need!
